The Wave, Muscat, Oman’s premier integrated tourism development has won an unprecedented seven accolades across a wide spectrum of categories at the prestigious Arabian Property Awards ceremony held at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai last week.
The Wave, Muscat won five 5-star awards in the categories of Best Development, Best Architecture (Multiple Units), Best Golf Development, Best Interior Design, Best Apartment, and two 4-star awards in the categories of Best Marina Development and Best Development Website.  The Best Architecture award was the best of the best in its category and has qualified The Wave, Muscat to enter the International CNBC Property Awards, to be held in San Diego on 12th November this year.
Speaking on this achievement, Michael Lenarduzzi, Acting CEO, The Wave, Muscat said: “We are absolutely delighted to be the first development in Oman to win this many awards.  To win seven prestigious awards for the 3rd year in a row is a fantastic achievement and bears testament to the outstanding design and quality standards we have continued to uphold in our delivery.  We are thankful to the CNBC Arabian Property Awards for recognizing the achievements of The Wave, Muscat in this very competitive real estate market.
“The Wave, Muscat has adeptly met all challenges that have come its way.  We have stayed true to our values as an organization based on integrity, dedicated to best practice and we remain determined to serve the needs of our customers whilst delivering a thriving community living experience in the new heart of Muscat,” he added.
As the awards reveal, this stunning development is already setting new benchmarks in terms of design, build, specification, finish, price levels, marketing and customer service. Nearly 900 apartments, villas and townhouses have already been sold off-plan and more than 250 properties have been handed over to their respective owners.

The Wave is an exciting new concept for Muscat and, indeed, for the Sultanate of Oman.  Bringing more than 4,000 apartments, townhouses and villas, a marina and golf course, three premier hotels and new retail, leisure and dining opportunities to this beautiful seafront site, this outstanding development is designed by a team of international architects who have successfully translated traditional Omani designs and way of life into modern practical and enlightening master plan for a new village community.  The 300-berth marina will energize and enervate the area, attracting motorboats and yachts to the area, while the 18-hole green links-style golf course, designed by Greg Norman and the 3 five-star hotels will prove a great attraction for tourists, visitors and residents alike.
