AiwaGulf, the first company in the Middle East specialized in added value
services to mobile phones, realized a new achievement added to the series of its
accomplishments, when it was selected by ZAIN the leading Mobile
Communications company in Kuwait as one of the best companies for generating
added services revenues for the third quarter during the present year.
Commenting on the prize, the Regional Marketing Manager of AiwaGulf
Ghassan Rahim said, "We won this position despite the intense competition
witnessed in the added value services in Kuwait that is heated day by day with
the increasing number of companies offering this range of services".
The Company is always concentrating on incessantly providing its customers
with ever new and updated services, which continue to keep AiwaGulf at the
forefront of VAS companies dealing with ZAIN, the leading company in mobile
communications in Kuwait, whereby AiwaGulf is deemed among ZAIN
distinguished partners in added value services, Mr. Rahim was quoted as
assaying.
On the most salient services of the company during the next period, Mr. Rahim
said that in the coming months AiwaGulf consumers will witness further
innovative and new services, some of which are deemed to be entirely new to the
Kuwaiti market, which is counted one of the most active and fastest growing
market in the region with regard to added value services rendered through mobile
phone devices.
Mr. Rahim went on to say that services rendered by the Company, compared to
other companies, is distinguished in that such services are closest to customers
and most convenient to several clientele categories along the difference of their
age groups, whereby these services satisfy their requirements and desires,
specifically mobile phones have become no longer a means for receiving and
sending calls and SMSs; yet, they account for a key pivot for the daily life of
man.
Mr. Rahim pointed out that AiwaGulf, which was established in 1998, succeeded
to occupy a leading position among competitive companies, in light of its
regional expansions and world aspirations, in that it offers its services in the region through 13 operators among the international mobile communication
operators, and thus it renders its services to over 75 million people.
Worthy of note is that it is not the first time for AiwaGulf to be awarded with this
prize, whereby it is always classified among the first three leaders specialized in
rendering Value Added Services (VAS) to ZAIN Company in Kuwait.
AiwaGulf products and services include SMSs through mobile phones, MMS,
WAP, WAP-Push and the internet contents of news package and entertainment.
This includes SMS information, entertainment channels, Multimedia
information, information entry to WAP, messaging, social services, Java games,
filmed pictures, real tones, tones and rings, animated and non-animated pictures
